Procurement Superintendent (Procure SPT)
Responsibilities:
* Verification of complete procurement process of the assigned areas starting from requirement of material to delivery which includes but not limited to solicitation of bids, offer evaluation, negotiation, award, delivery management, conflict resolution and payment
* Manage the procurement of direct materials, equipment, parts and supplies, and ensuring continued quality obtained at the most competitive cost
* Monitor suppliers progress in procurement services and delivery
* Develop the effective networking with supplier
* Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price list
* Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment
Requirements:
* Male, 30-40 years
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Good and strong in negotiation skill
* Preferable has sound knowledge in heavy equipment spare part
General Requirements:
* Positive attitude and honest, good organizational skill, self starter and hard working
* Good communication skills both in Indonesian and English
* Ready to work at HO (Jakarta) or site area
Geotechnic and Hydrology Supervisor (GH SPV)
Responsibilities:
* Controlling, investigation and make recommendations regarding the geotechnical and hydrological aspect
Requirements:
* Male, age 30-35 years
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
* Experience at least 5 years in similar position
* Expert in geotechnic and hydrology
* Able to operate geotechnic and hydrology software
General Qualification:
* Positive Attitude and honest, good organizational skill, self starter and hard working
* Good communication skill both in Indonesian and English
* Expert in using computer engineering software
* Ready to work at site area
Safety Health and Environment Supervisor (SHE SPV)
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and monitoring the implementation of SHE Program
Requirements:
* Male, 27-35 years
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
* Understands relevant Indonesian as well as international SHE standards
* Experience at least 3 years in SHE related position
General Qualification:
* Positive Attitude and honest, good organizational skill, self starter and hard working
* Good communication skill both in Indonesian and English
* Expert in using computer engineering software
* Ready to work at site area
Technical Support and Mine Plan Superintendent
Responsibilities:
* Preparing concept of short, medium and long term of mine plans
* Controlling mine plan implementation
Requirements:
* Male, age 35-40 years
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
* Has at least 10 years of working experiences in coal mining companies with at least 5 years in mine planning, has excellent skill operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, autocad and spread sheets
* Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal related environment regulation
* Understanding relevant mining aspect such as Geotechnical and Hydrology, Mine Surveying, Coal Quality Control, etc.
General Qualification:
* Positive Attitude and honest, good organizational skill, self starter and hard working
* Good communication skill both in Indonesian and English
* Expert in using computer engineering software
* Ready to work at site area
