Duty Manager (DM)
Qualification :

* Having a good knowledge & Skill of Front Office Department.
* Holding minimum of Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management / related Educational background.
* Strong leadership & Problem Solver
* Able to work under pressure
* Having Target Oriented and can do attitude & friendly
* Having minimum 3 years in same/similar position in Front Office Department
* Good performance, creative and excellent attitude
* Good command in English writing & speaking.3. Guest Service Agent

Guest Service Agent Supervisor (GSA SPV)
Qualification :

* Having a good knowledge & Skill of Front Office Department.
* Having minimum of Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management / related Educational background.
* Able to work under pressure
* Having Target Oriented and can do attitude
* Having minimum 3 years in same/similar position in Front Office Department
* Good looking & good performance, creative and excellent attitude
* Good command in English writing & speaking.

Reservation Officer (RSVO)
Qualification :

* Having a good knowledge & Skill of Reservation section.
* Having minimum of Hotel School / SMIP/.SMK / related Educational background.
* Able to work under pressure
* Having pleasant Voice
* Having Target Oriented, can do attitude and work in detail
* Good command in English writing & speaking.

Guest Service Agent
Qualification :

* Having a good knowledge & Skill of Guest Service Agent/Reception.
* Having minimum of Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management / related Educational background preferable (Fresh Graduated form Hotel Academy or Related Education welcome to apply)
* Able to work under pressure with attractive & pleasant personality
* Good looking, Good performance, & Excellent Attitude
* Having minimum height 165 cm for female, and 170 cm for male
* Not more than 30 years old
* Having Target Oriented and can do attitude & problem solver
* Good command in English writing & speaking.

Guest Relation Officer (GRO)
Qualification :

* Having a good knowledge & Skill of Front Office Department.
* Having minimum of Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management / related Educational background.
* Able to work under pressure and problem solver
* Having Target Oriented and can do attitude
* Having minimum 3 years in same/similar position in Front Office Department (Fresh gradute from Hotel Academy or Related Education welcome to applay)
* Good looking & good performance, creative and excellent attitude
* Female with minimum height 165 cm and proportional body shape
* Not more than 30 years old
* Good command in English writing & speaking.

Food and Beverage Sales (FB Sales)
Qualification :

* Female
* Having minimum hotel senior high school or relevant Educational Background (Diploma from Hotel Academy is advantage)
* Having same/similar job experience minimum for 1 year.
* Mastering computer operation for "Office Program" (writing, spread sheet, presentation, & internet)
* Mastering knowledge & skill of Sales & Marketing, Report Writing, and Presentation
* Attractive personality and performance
* Having minimum height for female 165 cm & for male 170 cm.
* Having maximum age 30 years old
* Good command in English writing & speaking
