We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Specialist – Cost Control (737110)

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.
• Three (3) years experiences in Finance and Accounting, cost analyst/control/ICT/warehousing.
• Computer literacy; hard worker, active personality, team work, willing to learn and diligent.

2. Plant Engineer (730043)

• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical or Industrial with analytical skills/experience.
• Minimum 3 year experiences in similar role within mining industry and familiar with heavy equipment repair/maintenance.
• Having good ability, analytical & problem solving process, dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures.
• Willing to work at job site.

3. Community Relations Officer (742949)

• Degree in Social Sciences, Economic (Business Management), Law, Psychology, HRM or suitable work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Community Relation; media practices; public/community relation; mass communication; human relationship; compliance issues; culture understanding and dealing with difficult people within mining/construction industry.
• Posses leadership traits; assertive; negotiation skill; work quickly and accurately; planned and target oriented; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

4. Senior Engineer Plant (733102)

• Mechanical or Industrial Degree with analytical skills/experience.
• Minimum 3 year experiences as Senior Experience in team leading & auditing skills; reliability and plant systems skills Machine Health Analyst.
• Have good skill at Pareto Analysis & Reporting; MTC Systems Skills; management skill.
• Having good analytical & problem solving process, dynamic and forward thinking in order to identify machine condition to prevent failures.

5. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) – Mechanical (741325)

• Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications or ex TCI Apprentices Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
• Minimum 4 years field experience on tools.
• Certificate IV in Training.
• Understanding of Industry practice and standard.
• Ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities.
• Preparedness for extensive travels to sites.
• Superior communication skills-written & verbal, present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear.
• Fluent and convincing manner; able to Influence/motivate; Coaching/mentoring skill; ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities.

6. Training Officer – Mining Operations (741322)

• Minimum Senior High School with 4 year experiences within the mining industry as heavy equipment operator.
• Knowledge in training & development; skill and knowledge in heavy earth moving equipment operator codes including truck and/or excavator/dozer/grader/wheel loader; highway truck codes.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
• Have POP (Pratama) certificate.
• Superior communication skills-written & verbal, present arguments, facts and instructions in a clear, fluent and convincing manner; able to Influence/motivate.
• Coaching/mentoring skill.
• Ability to work effectively with others and related to colleagues and ability to cope with additional responsibilities.

General Qualification:

- Good in communication in both written and spoken English.
- Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills, team player.
- Good in computer.

All position will be based in Kalimantan.
