Sales Manager BIL (Business Installment Loan) - Denpasar
(Bali - Denpasar) - Closing date : 23 July 2011
Responsibilities:
Ensuring BIL (Business Installment Loan) sales meet the target by
* Maintain quality and productivity Direct Sales force.
* Review performance on the respective sales center every month.
* Daily monitoring on application process and stages.
* To ensure that internal policy & procedure has properly implemented to prevent fraud by: reviewing, monitoring incoming application, update product procedure, and policies of application regularly between sales team, sales screening unit and Recruitment & Training unit.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Denpasar
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
