With the rapid growth and successful expansion program in the Kalimantan since 2004 with a landbank in excess 250,000 hectares, we hereby invite highly motivated and dynamic Indonesian/Malaysian individuals to apply for the following positions:
Mill Technical Advisor (to be based at Sumatra Barat)
Criteria:
* Be mill advisor or senior mill engineer and have a good career
* Be able to provide Technical Advisory and to troubleshoot and fix all technical problem
* Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
* Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage
* Able to work independently
* Reports to Chief Plantation Controller
Mill Managers
Criteria:
* Be currently a Mill Manager or Assistant Manager or Mill Engineer and have a good career track record
* Have at least a second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate of Competency
* Should have preferably attended and completed MPOGC/PORIM Course for Palm Oil Engineers
* Should preferably have a recognized Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering
* Work experience in Indonesia would be an advantage
Estate Managers
To be responsible in developing and managing +10-15 thousands hectares of oil palm plantations
Requirements:
* Minimum 15 years experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation company
* Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline /AISP/LISP
* Candidates with Indonesian/Kalimantan planting experience will have a better advantage
* Possess substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle
* Possess the capacity to deal with the development of “Kebun Plasma”
* Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government, authorities in respect of land and its associated issues
* Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where “Adat” land is involved
