RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Jobdesc:
Preparation of draft advertisements, CV selection, conduct interviews, psychological test and report the results of the interpretation and conduct coaching.

qualifications:
Women, a maximum of 32 years
S1 Educational Psychology and preferably already passed the profession of Psychology
Minimum 2 years working experience in the Recruitment
Mastering interview techniques and psychological tools with good, experienced in the conduct and interpretation of psychological test tool reports the results of psychological test
Able to speak English at least passive
Have good communication skills, adaptable and willing to perform administrative tasks
Have initiative and motivation high
