Persyaratan:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua fakultas/jurusan terakreditasi dengan IPK minimal 2,75 (skala 4)
- Berasal dari PTN/PTS terkenal
- Fotocopy ijazah dan transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir
- Berpenampilan menarik dan memiliki network luas
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman kerja bidang Account Officer/ Analis Kredit Bank atau Marketing perusahaan pembiayaan minimal 1 tahun
- Usia maksimal 30 tahun, bagi yang berpengalaman dibidang Account Officer/Marketing dan maksimal 25 tahun bagi yang belum punya pengalaman kerja (Fresh Graduate) per 01 Oktober 2011
- Bersedia ditempatkan diwilayah Sumatera Utara

Preparation of draft advertisements, CV selection, conduct interviews, psychological test and report the results of the interpretation and conduct coaching.

qualifications:
Women, a maximum of 32 years
S1 Educational Psychology and preferably already passed the profession of Psychology
Minimum 2 years working experience in the Recruitment
Mastering interview techniques and psychological tools with good, experienced in the conduct and interpretation of psychological test tool reports the results of psychological test
Able to speak English at least passive
Have good communication skills, adaptable and willing to perform administrative tasks
Have initiative and motivation high
