1. Unit Manager (UM)
Requirements:
- Male / Female minimum D3 education and a maximum of 36 years of age
- Preferred at least 2 years experience as a leader in micro-finance units or 3 years as a Loan Officer / Marketing Officer diunit microfinance
- Mastering the language and local culture / local
- Experienced team lead
- Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM-C)
2. Loan Officer (LO)
Requirements:
- Male / Female minimum D3 education and age maximum 32 years
- Preferably have minimum 2 years experience as a Credit / Loan Officer at the micro-finance
- Mastering the language and local culture / local
- Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM-C)
3. Marketing Officer (MO)
Requirements:
- Male / Female minimum D3 education and age maximum 32 years
- Preferred to have at least 1 year experience as a sales / marketing dipembiayaan micro or micro finance institutions (rural banks, cooperatives and Multi Finance)
- Mastering the language and local culture / local
- Preferred has a customer base and motor vehicles (SIM-C)
4. Collector (CO)
Requirements:
- Male / Female at least high school education and age maximum 30 years
- Preferred to have at least 2 years experience as a collector diperbankan / microfinance institutions / financial institutions
- Have a motorized vehicle (SIM-C)
5. Supporting (SU)
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age max 26 years, preferably not married
- Education min D3 Accounting / Finance with experience in the Financial Institution as Senior Finance / Credit min 1 year
- Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Understand Financial Accounting and Administration
- Having good communication skills
- Having a SIM-C
6. Cashier (CS)
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age maximum 22 years, preferably not married
- High school education (K) sederjat with field experience Administrative / Financial min 1 year
- Computer literate MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Understand Financial Accounting and Administration
- Having good communication skills
- Having a SIM-C
