PENGUMUMAN REKRUTMEN PEGAWAI NON PNS TAHUN 2011 RSUP DR KARIADI SEMARANG Bersama ini diberitahukan bahwa RSUP Dr. Kariadi akan menyelenggarakan Rekrutmen Pegawai Non PNS Tahun 2011 dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut

I. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Warga Negara Republik Indonesia ;
2. Berusia pada tanggal 29 Juli 2011 :

- SMA/SMK/STM maksimum 25 tahun
- D3/S1 maksimum 30 tahun

3. IPK minimal D3 = 2,9, S1 = 3,0, dan SMA/SMK/STM nilai rata-rata 6
4. Lulus seleksi administrasi
5. Lulus seleksi uji tulis.
6. Lulus psikotest.
7. Lulus uji keterampilan sesuai kompetensi dan wawancara.
8. Bersedia dinas shift (pagi, siang dan malam)
9. Bersedia berdomisili di Semarang
10. Untuk formasi SATPAM diprioritaskan yang mempunyai Sertifikat SATPAM

III. TATA CARA PENDAFTARAN DAN KELENGKAPAN PERSYARATAN.

1. Calon pelamar dapat mendaftarkan diri dengan membuat lamaran kepada Direktur Utama RSUP Dr. Kariadi dan berkas lamaran dikirim melalui Pos ke PO BOX 1104 Semarang
2. Batas waktu pendaftaran paling lambat tanggal 29 Juli 2011 per Cap POS serta harus dapat diterima oleh Panitia paling lambat 1 (satu) hari setelah hari pendaftaran terakhir.
3. Bagi pendaftar yang mengirimkan lamaran secara langsung/tidak memakai jasa POS serta mengirimkan lamaran sebelum dan sesudah tanggal ditetapkan dinyatakan tidak berlaku/tidak sah/gugur.
4. Lamaran ditulis tangan sendiri tanpa materai ditujukan kepada Direktur Utama RSUP Dr. Kariadi, dengan melampirkan :
a. Fotokopi ijazah yang dilegalisir
b. Fotokopi transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir
c. Fotokopi Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian yang masih berlaku
d. Surat Keterangan Sehat dari Dokter Pemerintah (Minimal per 1 Juli 2011)
e. Print Out Formulir Biodata Pelamar online
f. Fotokopi SIB atau SIP (untuk bidan atau perawat)
g. Foto ukuran postcard 1 badan berwarna sebanyak 1 lb (di sebaliknya ditulis nama dan alamat pelamar)
h. Pas foto berwarna terbaru ukuran 3×4 sebanyak 2 (dua) lb
5. Formulir biodata harus diisi lengkap terlebih dahulu secara online kemudian di cetak dan dikirimkan bersama dengan berkas lamaran (di cetak dua, satu dikirim bersama berkas lamaran dan satu untuk daftar ulang ambil kartu ujian jika dinyatakan lolos seleksi administrasi)
6. Berkas lamaran tersebut dimasukkan dalam amplop tertutup.
Pada pojok kiri atas ditulis formasi dan jenis pendidikan yang dilamar sesuai dengan pengumuman (Contoh sebagaimana tercantum dalam lampiran II).
7. Pengajuan lamaran berdasarkan pada yang dibutuhkan/dibuka dan kualifikasi pendidikan yang dipersyaratkan pada jabatan.
8. Setiap peserta pendaftar/pelamar hanya diperbolehkan mengajukan 1 (satu) jenis formasi yang dilamar.

IV. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI Pengumuman proses penerimaan akan disampaikan oleh Panitia melalui website RSUP Dr Kariadi dengan rincian sbb :
o Lulus seleksi administrasi tanggal 1 Agustus 2011
o Lulus ujian tulis tanggal 8 Agustus 2011
o Lulus Psikotest tanggal 12 Agustus 2011
o Pengumuman akhir tanggal 22 Agustus 2011

Qualification :
• Male

• Have certificate related to road construction (License from LPJK, ATAKI,PII)

3. MINING MANAGER
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree in related position
• 10 years experience in coal mining business
• Wide knowledge and experience in business analysis, corporate marketing or related functions
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a high ability to develop business or project strategy and manage implementation

4. MINING ENGINEER SUPERVISOR
Qualification :
• Male
• Bachelor degree related to each position
• 5 years experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License
• Having skill in Minescape or SURPAC for ENGINEERING
• Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ

5. DISPATCHER SECTION HEAD & GROUP LEADER
Qualification :
• Male , Age maximum 40 years old
• Minimum 8 years experience (For Section Head), 2 years experience (For Group Leader) in Mine operations or mine planning
• Good knowledge of mine operations and an understanding of the factors that contribute to good mining practices
• good understanding of the considerations that go into good mine planning
• Having knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment (SHE)
• Having knowledge about JIGSAW Auto Dispatch Program
