PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of Kalimantan Selatan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available.
There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburdenhereby otter you the following positions:
Organization Development Manager (Code:ODM)
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree of Psychology, Management, Engineering
* Minimum 5 years experiences in Human Resources, 3 years in supervisory level.
* Familiar with Job Description, Job Evaluation, Succession Planning, Competencies and HR System
* Preferably has experiences in mining industry
* Good interpersonal skill
* Good command in English, passive and active
Payroll Officer (Code: PO) (Jakarta)
Requirements:
* Minimum S1 degree in any major (preferably in Accounting)
* Minimum 4 years experiences as payroll staff / compensation and benefit
* Experience in handling salary survey is an advantage
* Good command in English, both spoken & written
* Good interpersonal skill
