In order to support our operations, we are currently looking for candidates who search for long term career and have strong commitment to grow together with the company, to fill the following position :
HRD MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities :

* Lead & manage the recruitment & selection process
* Develop Succession Planning & Management program.
* To ensure that the performance appraisal process is well manage
* Evaluate, design & administer competitive compensation & benefits program
* To be a Business Partner & to work with other Function
* To establish an efficient HR management setup.
* To implement HRIS
* Improve employee satisfaction /climate in the work place
* Ensure all necessary arrangements for health & safety in the workplace
* Ensure Compliance to Labor Laws
* Establish Training & Development plan which supports the business needs

Requirements :

* Age : max 35 years old
* 3 years Human Resources Manager experience in the similar industry
* S1 Degree with Diploma in Human Resources or Law preferred
* Successful track record & hands-on experience in similar environment
* Knowledgeable in Labor Laws, Industrial Relations, Workmen Compensation, Health & Safety & other relevant statutory laws or labor ordinances
* People & relationship management skills
* Excellent Interpersonal Skills
* Facilitation skills
* Leadership
* Problem Solving skills
* Fluent in verbal and written English, good communication skills.
