TOP MULTINATIONAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTION (BANKING / INSURANCE)
Key Selection Criteria :
1. Strategic HR with focus on recruitment , development , performance management of a company size of a minimum of about 1000 employees.
2. Candidates should have worked as a ‘ HR Generalist ‘ with hand-on exposure to all aspects of Personnel Management with good knowledge of Industrial Relations / Labor / General Administration.
3. Good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits , incentive schemes . Oversee compensation programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels.
4. Direct the administration of benefit programs to include: health, retirement, death, disability, and unemployment.
5. Good exposure to implementation of OD programs, Training & Development / Performance Management programs.
6. Recommend and maintain an organizational structure and staffing levels to accomplish company goals and objectives.
7. Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals and objectives.
8. Evaluate and recommend human resource outsourcing opportunities and identify potential vendors.
9. Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
10. Recommend and establish company policies and procedures.
11. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
12. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS : Candidates must be graduates with a background in Human Resources with good computer skills and good knowledge of English. Strong Experience in Financial Institution background is required. Must have excellent leadership and team working skill with proven experience as HR Head handling ALL aspect to HR. GM HR Position also open to be explore.
