1. KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG / SITE MANAGER

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineer / geology
4. Posses POU certificate
5. Computer literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical & non technical to achieve project target
7. Create Good Mining Practice
8. Able to manage both natural resources & human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
9. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

2. GEOLOGIST

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mineral exploration
3. Bachelor degree from faculty of Geology
4. Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
5. Able to use mining software (Surfer, Surpac, Minescape, MapInfo, AutoCAD)
6. Able to make a progress repot of exploration
7. Able to identify surface structure, rock base and geological structure
8. Good physical health and able to work in a team
9. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

3. DRILLER

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining industry, preferable in mineral exploration
3. Minimum high school degree
4. Able to operate drilling machine for deep drilling (500 meter)
5. Good knowledge about safety / K3 procedure
6. Good physical health and able to work in a team
7. To be located in remote area, with rotation schedule

4. MINE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / geology
3. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining company
4. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (heavy equipment, man power, etc)
5. Able to plan short term, middle term and long term of mining process
6. Good understanding about Safety / K3 procedures
7. Possessed POP certificate will be an advantage
8. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
9. Leadership and people management skills
10. Ability to motivate subordinates to achieve target
11. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

5. LOADING MASTER / ASSISTANT LOADING MASTER

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards
3. Degree from Marine Academy
4. Posses minimum ANT III / Deck Officer Class 3
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
7. Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from stockpile to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
8. Coordinate with chief officer at mother vessel about stowage plan
9. Monitoring loading point (anchorage)
10. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

6. PORT CAPTAIN / ASSISTANT PORT CAPTAIN

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in shipping company or shipyards
3. Degree from Marine Academy
4. Posses minimum ANT IV / Deck Officer Class 4
5. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
6. Good knowledge of HSE, ISM, STCW requirement and international rules and regulations
7. Experienced in loading activity / transshipment from mill site to tug boat / barge up to end on mother vessel
8. Manage all port activities covered in weight bridge, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transshipment & quality assurance with effective & efficiency manner
9. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

7. MARINE SAFETY OFFICER

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience as safety officer in shipping company or shipyard
3. Degree from faculty of marine merchant academy, public health, or transportation engineering
4. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
5. Posses AK3 certificate and knowledge SMK3 system
6. Good knowledge about QMS on ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
7. Having knowledge ISPS – Code and ISM
8. Monitoring safety movement of all fleet (from stock yard to tug/barges, Mother Vessel, Floating Cranes) and also monitoring of dry dock
9. Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
10. Accountable for reporting all type accident (Fatality, LTI, Medical Aid, First Aid, Property Damage, Near Miss and Fire)
11. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

8. FUEL/BBM SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry
3. Degree from faculty of management, logistic or related field
4. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
5. Monitoring quality and quantity fuel supply at mining site
6. Monitoring and maintain fuel station and fuel truck at mining site
7. Monitoring fuel crew and heavy equipment movement at mining site
8. Ensure optimum inventory level of fuel usage, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize loss or waste
9. Well understanding about Safety / K3
10. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

9. LOGISTIC/WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining or heavy equipment industry
3. Minimum D3 from related field
4. Computer Literate in using MS office and Internet
5. Posses good knowledge about supply chain
6. Plan, organize and control logistics operations, including inbound / outbound logistics, inventory management, control warehouse and delivery organization to ensure cost effectiveness and on time delivery
7. Ensure optimum inventory level, high inventory record accuracy, and minimize product damage, loss, and waste
8. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report for material consumption and stock
9. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule

10. MECHANIC HEAVY DUTY EQUIPMENT

Qualification:
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in mining, construction or heavy equipment industry
3. Minimum High School from mechanical, electric or automotive
4. Able to perform troubleshooting, assembly & disassembly, general overhaul maintenance and daily service to any kind of heavy duty equipment such as: dump truck, excavator, dozer, grader and vibro from various brand (Japanese, Europe and China)
5. Well knowledge about safety / K3 procedure
6. To be located in Halmahera island, with rotation schedule
