PT Megatek Konsindo is an established reputation in Non Destructive Test (NDT) Services to major Oil & Gas Companies, is currently seeking Indonesians young professionals with high motivation & strong determination for the following position :
General Manager
With the following criteria :
1. University degree in Mechenical Engineering, or Physics Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 10 years of oilfield experience working for either a major Oil & Gas Company and / or contractor.
2. Experience in NDT services in pipeline for the both onshore and offshore Oil & Gas Industry.
3. Project experience includes responsibility for defining the scope of work, schedule, budget, and project execution plan as related to piping design / drafting requirements.
4. Strong technical / engineering skills with thorough knowledge of applicable codes & standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
5. Experience that encompasses both operation & projects. Specific participation in a similar role for at least one major Oil & Gas Project.
6. Demonstrated ability to interface within a multidiscipline environment, and motivate and manage personnel from a position of influence.
7. Good verbal & written communication skills in the English language.
8. Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment, while handling a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules.
9. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge productive working relationships with all personnels.
10. Willingness to go where the work is during the various Project phases.
11. Understanding the field of lawyer.
