Flight Focus Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology and systems engineering company, specialising in the design, development and production of high-quality avionic for airborne or simulator use. Currently we are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, results oriented and innovative person to fill the role of Human Resources Manager to be placed in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Human Resources Manager (Location: Jakarta)
Principal Duties
* Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, and training and development.
* Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications.
* Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
* Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation systems. Complete salary survey questionnaires.
* Administer prepare and process payroll.
* Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
* Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
* Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
* Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
* Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
* Assist in travel arrangement
* Maintain a good system of Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies and procedures
Position Requirements
* Minimum Bachelor Degree Human Resource Management
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
* Hands-on experience is essential as incumbent will have to provide leadership and coaching to the team
* Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills
* Good writing and communication skills in English
* Has excellent experience on Compensation & Benefit
* Has excellent knowledge on Manpower Regulation Law # 13 and strong skill in dealing with industrial relation dispute
