Finance - Accounting Staff (FAA)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for account payable system and account receiveable, prepare jurnal entries, prepare summary monthly and annual report, reconcile budget and expense, maintain cash flow
Placement: Lippo Karawaci
Qualifications:
* Male/Female
* 22 - 30 y.o
* S1 Accounting
* 0 - 2 years with the same position or in Accountant Public
* Specific Requirements : Posses computer skills in major program and Tax program, Detail oriented
Project Architect (code : PA)
Responsibilities:
Inspects work in progress to make sure that plans & specification are followed. Witnesses testing of materials & equipment to ensure that plans & specification are followed. Monitors actual accomplishment & compares with the schedule. Checks all application for payment made by contractors & suppliers
Placement: Jakarta, Makasar, Bali, Palembang
Qualifications:
* Male
* Max 35 y.o
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering
* 5 years in highrise building, malls & other commercial centers
* Specific Requirements : MS Office is a must, Good command in written and spoken English, Good coordination skills, Highly self motivated with a good working attitude, high level of profesionalism and integrity, able to work independently and initiative, Proactive in resolving technical & coordinations issues, able to work under tight deadlines
Administration Assistant (ADM)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all operational activities related to enterprise storage activities equipment, trade goods (merchandise), consumable goods, and other goods in the warehouse.
Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing the administrative duties and activities Including receiving and handling information
Placement: Lippo Karawaci/Jakarta
Qualifications:
* Female
* max 26 y.o
* Graduated from secretarial college or D3 of any disciplines
* 0 - 3 years in doing administrative jobs
* Specific Requirements : Proficient in oral and written English, Computer literate, exhibit wilingness to learn and grow
