Logistic Admin Staff (code: STRW)
Responsibilities
The incumbent would responsible on administration process and 3rd party / supplier negotiation of Logistic Division on our Company. Furthermore, he/she will take care of:
* Supplier Follow Up for goods transportation
* Branch and Head Office coordination for ordering and goods receiving process
* Manage shrinkage, claim from store and suplier
* Responsible of day-to-day operation under his / her account
* Report preparation of day-to-day operation
Requirements
* An ideal candidate must posses these following criterias:
* Holds minimum a diploma degree from a reputable and acredited institution. Have a good GPA
* Male / female, preferably with the age is not more than 25 years old
* Willing to work under minimum supervision
* Preferably understand logistic process and has experience on it
* Has high responsibility and proactive attitude
* Comprehend with computer usage, at least Ms-Office suite: Word, Excel, and Power Point
* Can work both on team or individual basis work environment
Bakery Chef (code: BKCF)
Responsibilities
* The Bakery Chef would be responsible for Bakery Products Development of LOTTE Mart in-house bakery. In addition, he / she must able to initiate promotional programs and campaign of new product launch. The incumbent must have 'leadership but humble' attitude to lead the team so they would contribute their best to our Company.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would posses these criteria:
* Holds Diploma or Bachelor degree from Culinary Schools
* Ideal maximum age is 35 yo.
* Has strong credentials of success on previous employment
* Has strong exposure in bakery products development and several types of baking process
* Comprehend with bakery store operation & management
* Comprehend with computer and Ms-Office suite: Excel, Power Point, and Word, for presentation and data analysis
* Strong leadership attitude
* Smart, team player, honest, hard worker and dependable
