SECRETARY – SURABAYA
Requirements :
* Gender : Female
* Maximum of age : 25 years old
* Fresh Graduate (S1) in English from a reputable University with minimum GPA of 2.75
* Excellent English language skill both oral and written (proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage)
* Good looking, smart, responsible, disciplined, hardworker, and honest
* Good in taking care of secretarial and administrative task starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing, up to related office administration
* Communication and Interpersonal skill, Has strong initiative and team work, but able to work independently, able to perform multi tasking skills, self-starter, able to work well in under pressure working environment
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Ability to maintain confidentially and willing to work in long hours
* Self-driven (have own vehicle)
* preferably from Surabaya and surrounding areas
