FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Responsibility:
1. Day to day financial operations and the preparation of monthly accounts.
2. Responsible for all accounting and finance related functions including statutory and management reporting, credit control and cash flow management.
3. Major responsibilities include timely and accurate submissions of financial reports to the corporate and compliance of group accounting policies and all external reporting requirements.
4. Ensure that the finance and accounting functions are in compliance with statutory reporting requirements and that records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
5. Roles would include analysis of revenue and expenditure trends and recommendation of appropriate budget levels and expenditure control.
6. Other responsibilities include budgeting, tracking and monitoring of actual expenditures and reviewing, developing and implementing effective internal controls, HR management and general administrations.
7. He/she will need to liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agent, company secretary, government authorities and bankers.
Requirements:
1. Male/female at least 28 years old
2. Degree in Accountancy / Management Accounting oe equivalent e.g.ACCA
3. Minimum 4-5 years relevant working experience at a similar role
4. Strong analytical and financial skills
5. Effective communication, writing and presentation skills
