The IAQ Group is principally involved in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of cleanrooms for the semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food industry & chemicals, medi-care and electronics industries. The Group also actively trade and manufacture a wide variety of air filters and cleanroom equipments. In line with our expansion plan, we are now looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to grow with the group.
Administration Executive
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Supervise day to day running of office administrative functions;
Attend to incoming/ customer's queries and visitors appropriately and continuously;
Ensure air ticket, transportation and accommodation are properly arranged;
Responsible for work permit application including visiting of immigration and manpower department when necessary;
To ensure office equipments such as phone system, photocopier, fax machine, printer, scanner, air conditioning and etc are in functionable condition;
Responsible for office repairs and maintenance to make good the situation;
Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min S1 from reputable academy/ University;
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field;
Excellent planning, co-ordination and organizational skills;
Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
Initiative to seek information and be creative when needed;
High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia;
Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Computer literate.
