Human Resources Head
Jakarta Raya - North Jakarta
Responsibilities:
Serve as business partner to Business Units to plan, formulate and implement HR initiatives and programs to grow the Business Group's business objective.
Lead and manage the full spectrum human resource functions, including staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relatios and training & development to meet business needs.
Review, formulate and implement recruitment initiatives as well as compensation & benefits package to attaract and retain the best talents.
Manage the performance management system and salary review process so as to ensure that the perfomance-based rewards system remains attractive and competitive.
Manage the talent management and succession planning programs as well as the HR budgetary process.
Ensure that all HR policies & procedures, Standard Operation Procedures and HR processes are kept current and in compliance with current legislation and industry best practices.
Coach, mentor and advise HR personnel on all HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Candidate must posses Degree in either Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Law
At least 8 year(s) of working experience of relevant hands-on full spectrum in Human Resources
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor law / HR functions and processes
Applicants must be willing to work in North Jakarta and available for travelling.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
