Process Engineer (PE-10)
Responsible:
* Evaluate of material, equipment upgrades and parameters for the purpose of improving yield, cycle time and quality.
* Develop processes and provide engineering support to manufacturing. Conduct troubleshooting of process shortcomings and driven continuous improvement programs.
Profile:
* Graduates from S1 Electrical/Mechanical/Material/Physics/Chemistry Engineering.
Test Engineer (TE-10)
Responsible:
* New product transfer and start up using ATE Tester.
* Implement test programs and test hardware improvements to echance product sort and final test yield and product PPM.
* Perform electrical failure analysis to resolve test/product issues.
Profile:
* Graduates from S1 Electrical/Physics or Instrumentation Engineering.
QA Engineer (QA-10)
Responsible:
* Responsible for customer specification review and coordinating customer/supplier/internal audit and follow up. Perform ,material return investigation/tracking. Perform periodic review of process/procedure compliance to ISO 14001, TS 16949.
Profile:
* Graduates from S1 Electronics engineering, material engineering, physics, physics engineering or instrumentation.
Production Supervisor (SPV-10)
Responsible:
* Responsible for leading a team in assembly of final test area to achieve quantity, productivity and cycle time target.
Profile:
* Graduates from S1 engineering, with strong leadership.
Customer Services (CS-10)
Responsible:
* Coordinating Customer needs.
* To respond completely to customer request and other related issues.
* To interface with sales group on customer's related issues.
Profile:
* Graduates from any engineering major, English lecture or Economics.
* Possessing strong English communication skill both oral & written.
* Experience in customer services, consumer goods or logistic management will be an advantage.
Technology and Developing Engineer (TD-10)
Responsible:
* Responsible to perform and supervise new package and process development, perform analysis and recommend actions.
Profile:
* Graduates from S1 engineering, mechanical engineering, material, physics engineering.
General Requirements :
* Graduates from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00.
* Fluent in English both oral & written.
* High self motivated.
* Persistent.
* Team work player and able to work under pressure.
