We are a leading multinational processed meats company. We invite highly qualified persons for the following positions:
Electrical / Instrument Technician (TECH)
(Sukamaju, Cilodong - Depok)
Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for providing all activities to ensure a continuous supply of energies such as electricity, steam, treated water, compressed air and fire hydrant water and refrigerated air used for production and whole plant in Depok site
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and carries out repair and maintenance upon all utility equipments (including : deep wells, water treatment, hydrant water, boiler, air compressor and generating set) and WWTP
Manages and carries out repair and maintenance upon electrical system (including : utility, production machines , refrigeration system and all plant facilities)
Manages and carries out repair and maintenance upon refrigeration system for all production rooms , chillers, freezers and air conditioners for all buildings and facilities
Establishes Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all utility equipments, electrical system and refrigeration equipments
Supervises and guides Preventive Maintenance and required troubleshooting activities for all utility equipments, electrical system and refrigeration equipments
Monitors and inspects all utility equipments, electrical system and refrigeration equipments operations to ensure they are operating in a good conditions and to provide an early detection that enable major breakdown prevention
Builds and documents all repair and maintenance records for all utility equipments, electrical system and refrigeration equipments
Manages all Work Orders issued by other departments related to utility, electrical and refrigeration
Manages his personnel by an efficient and effective work distribution to provide all repair and maintenance activities
Upgrades the technical skills of each personnel to ensure a good workmanship
Improves himself in management and professional skills and ability
Submits monthly reports on consumption and cost of major energies ( including fuel, water and electricity) and activities, man-hours, and costs of Repair & Maintenance for utility, electrical and refrigeration
Proposes improvement projects related to cost efficient and or energy saving
Ensures that every work is done is aligned with PT SMPFI rules and standards
The duties and responsibilities those are not specifically described are the additional activities to give a full support and service to Engineering Department internally and to other departments with the approvals of Engineering Manager
Requirements:
Male, max 27 years old
D3 Electrical/Instrumentation with 1 year experience or STM Electrical/Instrumentation with 3 years experience
Good knowledge with PLC or Servo Controller, Inverter and Boiler
Willing to work in shift
